Where does Native Grooming come from?
We are a Dutch brand, founded by professional hairdressers who bring years of practical experience into every product we create.

Our story begins in a Dutch barbershop, where we get a realistic view of what men really need to style their hair. Every formula is designed for professional results – from our barber chair to yours.
Are your products animal -friendly?
Absolutely. We never test on animals and we adhere to ethical standards in every step of our process.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Where do you ship?
We ship within the Netherlands, throughout Europe and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location.
When will my order be sent?
Orders placed before 5pm (17:00 CET) on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5pm, on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over €50. If your order total is less than €50, standard shipping costs apply. You will see the shipping costs at checkout.
How long does the delivery take?
Within Europe you can usually expect delivery within 1-3 business days. International shipping times may vary, but we always aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Can I return a product if I change your mind?
Absolutely. We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within the timeframe stated in our returns policy (usually within 14 days of receiving your order). Once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and quality control reasons.
When will I receive my money back?
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it is still sealed and in its original condition, we will process your refund. This typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
